Most would assume this witchy creature is performing a fertility spell. But alas, they would be wrong. For there is an ambitious dietician in this land longing to make a name for themselves. This particular spell is under subcontract, and instead of a fetus, it's promising protein. It's converting all of the dietician's clients' favorite foods into high-protein nutrition.
